An instrumental tune for a fall month.

A great big "Thank You" to the super talented Joanna Blitch for the artwork. She did a single, continuous line drawing with her eyes closed while listening to the tune. I just think that is the coolest!

I saw a young woman in a yellow sundress dancing on the boardwalk near the seaside. She was some distance away from me and she was moving farther away. She was dancing to music that only she could hear. Sometimes her movements were subtle and smooth; sometimes she moved with great frenzy. This is my attempt to capture the mood of that moment.

I just barely managed to slip this little, 4 song EP in before the end of 2019.
A couple of new things and a couple of things from long ago- enjoy!
This small collection of seven songs is just vocals and acoustic guitar.
It is intended to be close and personal. Some of the songs are brand new and some were written quite some time ago but only released now.
I hope you find something you like.
Raw, pure improvisation!
On June 6th, 1996, Tom Montefusco and Tim MacLean spent an afternoon playing guitar together and recorded it to DAT. This release contains excerpts from that afternoon. Tom Montefusco's Wild Guitar meets Tim MacLean's Mild Guitar.
It was a good day!
Kudzu Cognac was recorded in Charlotte, NC, Winston-Salem, NC and Willow Spring, NC. Some folks deserve a special "Thank You" for their contributions to the effort: Tom Montefusco for his excellent electric guitar work. Lew Herman for his sweet squeezebox tracks. Doug Williams for bass guitar tracks and technical expertise.
"late shift" was conceived, as the name implies, while working at night.
Sleep deprivation takes a harsh toll on mind and body. My hat is off to anyone who can handle working those long nights.
